The advantage of internal ballscrew circulation nut is that the outer diameter is smaller than that of external ball screw circulation nut. Hence it is suitable for the machine with limit space for Ballscrew installation.

It is strictly required that there is at least one end of screw shaft with complete threads. Also the rest area next to this complete thread must be with smaller diameter than the nominal diameter of the screw shaft.
Above are required for easy assembling the ballnut onto the screw shaft.

Structural Features
Components: Includes a screw, nut, steel balls, reverser, and sealing ring. The reverser connects adjacent raceways through a spatial curved groove, allowing the ball to complete a single-turn circulation within the nut.

High Precision: The ball is always in contact with the screw, resulting in low friction loss and high transmission efficiency.
Low noise: Short circulation loop, smooth operation

Performance Parameters
Accuracy Class: Taking C3 as an example, the deviation within a 300mm stroke must be less than 8μm.
Limited Speed: Standard models can reach a maximum of 3000 rpm, with a stroke value less than 84000 (outer diameter × speed).
Load Limitation: Suitable for light-load conditions; heavy-load applications require an external circulation structure.

Application
Mainly used in CNC machine tools, precision instruments, and other fields with high space and precision requirements. However, the reverser is complex to manufacture and has a high cost.
