Linear modules have 3 types: synchronous belt type, ball screw type, linear motor type.
The synchronous belt type linear module is mainly composed of: belt, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch, etc.
The ball screw type linear module is mainly composed of: ball screw, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile, ball screw support seat, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch, etc.
The linear motor type linear module is mainly composed of: linear motor, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile,, photoelectric switch, etc.

Three linear module types

1, Timing belt type:
The working principle of the synchronous belt type is: the belt is installed on the transmission shaft on both sides of the linear module, which is used as the power input shaft, and a slider used to increase the workpiece of the equipment is fixed on the belt. When there is input, the slider is moved by driving the belt.

Usually, the synchronous belt type linear module is specially designed to control the tightness of the belt movement on one side, which is convenient for the debugging of the equipment in the production process.

The synchronous belt type linear module can choose to add rigid guide rails according to different load requirements to improve the rigidity of the linear module. Linear modules of different specifications have different upper load limits.

The accuracy of the synchronous belt linear module depends on the quality of the belt and the processing process in the combination. The control of the power input will also affect its accuracy.

2, Ball screw type:
(1) Ball screw is an ideal product for converting rotary motion into linear motion, or converting linear motion into rotary motion. A ball screw consists of a screw, a nut and balls. Its function is to convert rotary motion into linear motion, which is a further extension and development of the ball screw.

The important significance of this development is to change the bearing from rolling action to sliding action. Due to its small frictional resistance, ball screws are widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments. High-precision linear motion can be achieved under high load conditions.
